Chúng tôi tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn. Nếu bạn muốn yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu cá nhân liên quan đến việc sử dụng ứng dụng hoặc mua hàng tại Rơm Vàng, vui lòng chọn một trong các cách sau:

 Cách 1 – Gửi yêu cầu qua biểu mẫu bên dưới

Tiêu đề: Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu

 Nội dung: Họ tên, số điện thoại/email đã sử dụng khi mua hàng

 Cách 2 – Gửi email trực tiếp

 Gửi đến: bacmui1984@gmail.com

 Tiêu đề: Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu

 Nội dung: Họ tên, số điện thoại/email đã sử dụng khi mua hàng

 ⏱️ Thời gian xử lý: Trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ khi xác minh danh tính thành công.

📌 Lưu ý: Một số dữ liệu (như hoá đơn thanh toán) có thể cần lưu giữ theo quy định pháp luật.

We respect your privacy. If you would like to request deletion of your personal data related to the use of the Rơm Vàng app or purchases, please choose one of the following options:

 Option 1 – Submit request via form

Subject: Data Deletion Request

 Content: Full name, phone number/email used for orders

 (you may replace with a Google Form link if preferred)

 Option 2 – Send direct email

 To: bacmui1984@gmail.com

 Subject: Data Deletion Request

 Content: Full name, phone number/email used for orders

 ⏱️ Processing time: Within 30 days after successful identity verification.

📌 Note: Some data (e.g., invoices) may be retained as required by law.
